Complete Your Vetting Quiz & Partner Onboarding

🚀 Showcase your competency, complete your profile, and become eligible for more signing opportunities.

At Signature Signings, we connect qualified independent notary professionals with signing opportunities through our title, escrow, lender, and business partners.

To become eligible for higher-priority opportunities, you’ll need to complete the steps below, including the vetting quiz, profile setup, credential upload, and partner onboarding requirements.

This process helps us verify your knowledge, understand your qualifications, and determine which opportunities you may be eligible to receive.

Your Path to Verified Notary Status & Partner Eligibility

Passing the quiz gives you Verified Notary Status and a Preferred Notary Badge on your profile. This helps show Signature Signings clients and other signing services that you have demonstrated competency in the loan signing industry and may allow you to rank higher when opportunities become available in your area.

Step 1: Start Your Signature Signings Onboarding

Your membership selection is the foundation of your Signature Signings profile. Whether you choose a paid membership or the free Signature Listed option, selecting a membership allows us to connect your profile, quiz results, onboarding steps, and opportunity placement in one place.

If you have already selected your membership, continue on to Step 2. below to take the vetting quiz.

If you have not selected a membership yet, choose the level that best fits your goals before continuing. Paid memberships may unlock additional visibility, training, community access, and business growth opportunities.

Step 2: Take the Vetting Quiz

Once your membership selection has been made, your next step is to take the Signature Signings Vetting Quiz.

The vetting quiz is designed to showcase your knowledge of notary responsibilities, loan documents, notary standards, and professional signing procedures.

When you pass, you receive Verified Notary Status and a Preferred Notary Badge on your profile. This helps show Signature Signings clients and other signing services that you have demonstrated competency in the loan signing industry. This Preferred Status will allow you to rank higher than other signing agents in your area who haven't taken or passed the vetting quiz when signing opportunities become available in your local area.

Step 3: Create or Confirm Your Notary Orders Profile

Your Notary Orders Profile helps Signature Signings and participating signing services review your qualifications, location, contact information, and credentials for potential signing opportunities.

If you already created your profile when choosing your membership or free listing option, you can skip this step.

If you have not created your profile yet, please complete this step and be prepared to upload the following:

Required profile items include:

✅ Your notary commission

✅ Your notary Bond
✅ Proof of at least $25,000 in E&O insurance
✅ A current-year W-9
✅ Any notary, loan signing, or industry certifications you would like showcased on your profile
✅ Accurate contact and mailing information so interested signing services can contact you directly.

Please make sure the name on your profile matches the name listed on your notary commission. Also, use the same email address you used when creating your Signature Signings account and registering for the vetting quiz. This helps us properly connect your profile, quiz results, onboarding status, and future opportunity placement.

Step 4: Complete Title & Escrow Partner Approval

Some title and escrow signing opportunities require separate approval under Signature Signings before you can be eligible to receive those assignments.

Even if you are already approved with certain title companies, escrow companies, vendors, platforms, or other signing services, that approval does not automatically transfer to Signature Signings. To be eligible for certain partner opportunities through Signature Signings, you must complete the approval process under Signature Signings specifically.

As part of this process, you will need to provide your SigningAgent.com profile link.

First, find and copy your SigningAgent.com profile link by clicking the BLUE hyperlink below ⬇️

Click the hyperlink to visit SigningAgent.com, search for your notary profile, and copy your profile link.

Then, complete your Signature Signings partner approval.

Once you have copied your SigningAgent.com profile link, return here and click the button below to complete the partner approval form. You will be asked to paste your SigningAgent.com profile link during the approval process.

Approval does not guarantee assignments, but it can increase your visibility, improve your opportunity placement, and make you eligible for certain title and escrow signing opportunities through Signature Signings.

Step 5: Set Up Direct Deposit

To receive payment for assignments completed through Signature Signings, you’ll need to set up direct deposit.

Please make sure the name on your direct deposit account matches the name associated with your notary profile, W-9, and payment records. This helps avoid payment delays or verification issues.

If you are using a business bank account, please make sure to include the legal business name associated with that account so we can properly match your payment information.

Before submitting, double-check that your banking details are accurate, including your routing number, account number, account type, and account holder name.

Important: Signature Signings does not issue paper checks. Payments are processed through direct deposit only.
